artist statement

作品のメインテーマは“空の光”です。

現在の作品は温かみのある黒い色を背景に、繊細な色のグラデーションで空の光を表現し、
そして表面に漆のような艶を出して仕上げています。

画面の黒い部分は人間の内面と感情を表し、その一方で宇宙を表現し、
それらの両方は無限であることを表わしています。

そして、空の光と漆黒の対比で心の中の希望を描いていきたいと思っています。

最新の作品は”window”で、日の光で満たされた窓のシルエットを描いていて、
そしてその窓は、暗闇を越えて待っている「未来」を表現しています。

The title of this work is “Window”.
I use acrylic paints on canvus.

The main theme of my works is “light in the sky”.
This is an image of a window, and it is one of my latest works.
I use soft brush to produce delicate gradation of colors of the sky.
In that way I try to creat a black color that holds warmth inside.

On one hand , the black part represents eternal space and emotion.
I cover a canvus with burnish to make the surface glossy as lacquer.
On the other hand, it show outer space.
Both of them are infinite.
With capturing the contrast of the darkness and light in the sky.
I try to express “hope” in mind.

I picture a windows silhouette filled with sunlight.
The window represent “future” waiting beyond the darkness.
